In addition, I also have news about various updates we’ve made to Uvestor. We’ve received a lot of excellent suggestions over the past few weeks, and we’ve translated those suggestions into a ton of improvements to the site.

A couple of real quick specific ones—we’ve totally overhauled the condition and repair data to give you an actual number—not a guess. Plus, we’re allowing the uploading of CMAs to verify an after-repair value, so you won’t have to guess whether you think a home is worth “X” number of dollars or not. You’ll have a CMA to reference right there to help you make your decision on Louisville foreclosures.

We’ve put a lot more information into the header of properties so an agent can be called directly and instantly or emailed via the system, all the while protecting the seller’s email address.

Some of the other changes you’ll notice to the site—at the bottom of the property listing data, we’re now displaying other homes for sale by the same agent.

You’ll also start to notice our listings on Craigslist. We’ll be posting about five per day (and others as we receive them) so we’re always making sure we drive traffic to each individual property on our site. That’s our job, and we take it very seriously.

As we roll out our site nationwide, I want to ask you for a favor. You’re here in Louisville, and you’ve heard of us through one of our events or from another realtor or investor.
